Confirm the current firm website, official state licensing record, government business record, or other authoritative source. For a listing issue, copy the Injury Firm Finder profile URL and the source URL that supports the requested change.
Keep the request narrow
State the exact field or sentence believed to be incorrect, the proposed correction, and why the linked source supports it. Do not include medical records, claim details, identity documents, financial information, or confidential communications.
Editorial review
The operator checks the cited source and may compare additional public records. A listing is not removed solely because its website is temporarily unreachable. Confirmed exclusions and restorations retain an internal audit event with the reason and evidence source.
Submit the documented request
The public correction channel uses the project’s issue tracker so the request, supporting public source, and resolution can be documented. Do not use it for legal advice, emergencies, or private case information.
