Purpose and audience
We publish a national firm directory and practical preparation material for people organizing records and comparing possible next steps after an injury. Content is designed to support research and better questions—not to diagnose an injury, decide a claim, calculate a deadline, recommend a firm, or replace advice from a qualified lawyer.
Who publishes the content
The Injury Firm Finder Editorial Team is the organizational author. We do not imply that an article was written or reviewed by a lawyer unless a named reviewer and verifiable qualifications appear on that page. At present, the general guides are editorial resources and are not presented as individualized legal analysis.
How research is performed
We prefer primary sources: statutes and official code portals, courts, government agencies, public bodies, professional licensing authorities, and original directory records. Each guide that makes source-dependent factual claims links its references. City research modules link directly to the agency or government page supporting the record path described.
How automation is used
Software helps structure pages, retrieve live directory counts, calculate approximate location relationships, and check consistency. Automated or AI-assisted drafting is not treated as authority. Published claims must stay within the cited source, avoid invented first-hand experience, and receive an editorial review for clarity, attribution, and unsupported legal conclusions.
Legal and medical boundaries
Because injury information can affect important decisions, we use cautious language, distinguish records from conclusions, and direct jurisdiction-specific questions to qualified professionals. We do not publish a universal deadline calculator, predict outcomes, or treat a police report, rating, review, or directory category as proof of responsibility or legal skill.
Updates and corrections
Pages display a review date where practical. Live listing counts can change between editorial reviews. Material changes should be supported by a primary source and recorded in version control. Documented listing errors and editorial corrections follow the published correction process.
Independence and placement
Directory results are alphabetical and are not rankings. The current directory does not use payment, a review score, or a promised result to determine listing order. External firm links and Google review material are identified as third-party sources.
